Horizon Transport is fortunate enough to deal with a very wide range of customers. Unfortunately, not all customers are the same. Some customers reimburse tolls and washes differently than others, while other customers have special delivery notes. This page will serve as a guide to make sure the customer is happy, and you can make your deliveries efficiently and without hassle.

When the special code WALK is in the special field, this particular order will require the driver to perform a “walk through” orientation with the delivering customer. The walk through will take 1 hour to execute and the contractor will be paid $60 for time used.
Lazydays will purchase trailers and coaches from customers around the country, sight unseen. These units will be delivered to either Seffner or Tucson. The driver will be asked to perform a very specific inspection of the unit and access Lazydays approval prior to departing. An inspection order will be identified with INSP in the special field.
Lazydays may also need to send a driver documentation to be administered to the seller (i.e. title, check, etc.). When INSP is placed in the special field, the following instruction document will be auto e-mailed to the driver’s inbox. Click here to download “inspection” order instructions. Driver will receive $75 for overnight stay (if needed) + up to $70 hotel allowance + $25 for completion of inspection.
When an order has SET in the special field, Lazydays is asking for the driver to “set-up” the unit at the delivery point. Setup will include leveling a unit, setting up the jacks, placing out the water and sewer hoses and connecting the electrical cord. Driver will receive $25 for this service. Horizon contractors servicing Lazydays become a key service representative of the Lazydays service standard. Lazydays would like all Horizon contractors to know its mission statement and expectation of excellence in service.

UPS GOVERNING RULES
The UPS truck is one of the most highly recognizable vehicles in the US. UPS is very sensitive about the image of their truck. UPS has thousands of employees, nationwide, trained to watch for misusage or unusual activity of all UPS trucks. The only time a UPS truck is not being driven by a brown clothed uniformed driver is when it is in the driveaway service mode. UPS is asking all Horizon contractors to please abide by the following guidelines while assigned to this highly visible vehicle. Please remember, when you are in this truck, you represent the image of UPS. We are asking each contractor to download this governing rules document and carry it with you when you are transporting UPS package trucks. Download the guidelines here:
